Antonette opens PR agency

LONG BEACH, Calif.—Former Mattel PR director Ron Antonette has opened R. Antonette Communications, a 'micro agency' specializing in supporting family and parenting brands, green marketing and CSR campaigns, and professional services firms.

Antonette's current clients include GP Toys, the U.S. division of Italian manufacturer Giochi Preziosi, and Solatube International, manufacturer of daylighting systems.

He previously led agency PR accounts and projects for the likes of Disney, Nestle, Toyota, Playmates Toys, Cold Stone Creamery and Lego. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Marketing Communications at PR agency Fleishman-Hillard.
