Everybody's a critic
March 3, 2008

We can learn a lot from other people’s mistakes — at least when they're picked apart by the experts.  Newt Barrett critiques a bad retail website and explains how to make it better.

Barrett writes about content marketing – basically, selling something by having something to say. Other useful posts of his for small Web businesses include using existing tools to make a great-looking, easy to update site for under $100, and why even the most unlikely businesses – like a roofing company – can profit from starting a blog.
