Australia-based toy company Moose Toys has launched a new collectible collection, dubbing the weighted vinyl figures its new “crowning achievement” in collectibles.
The collection, called XOX Kweenie, is notable for its “elevated aesthetic and finishes like high gloss metallic or flocked,” plus its “fun fills like liquid or rattling beads.” Per a release from Moose Toys.
With 26 dolls across two teams – team quirky and team fearless – there’s an XOX Kweenie for everyone, including the Kween of Cat Naps, Kween of Heartbreakers and Kween of Suga. Each single pack Kweenie comes blind and includes a clear stackable display case and holographic collector card with a peek into the Kween’s personality. In each team there’s a limited edition Kweenie with only 1,000 figures made for collectors to chase.
“XOX Kweenie goes well beyond anything that is currently being offered in the premium collectibles space,” noted Mallory Van Laeken, director of U.S. marketing at Mose Toys. “As we developed the line, we moved with intention to lead with inclusivity and exceptional quality, and followed that with an infusion of fun, whimsy and special features that best express each Kween’s personality. Whether ‘quirky’ or ‘fearless,’ everyone can relate to and celebrate the uniqueness of Kweenies.”
